II. TYPES OF ACCOMMODATION

2.1. COMMERCIAL ACCOMMODATION

Commercial accommodation is accommodation built and operated solely for profit (profit) as much as possible, its kind among others:

1. Hotels , a form of accommodation managed commercially, provided for any person to obtain the following services and specialty food and drink (No. SK. transport minister. PM.10 / pw. 301 / Phb.77).
